Requirements

  • No prior experience needed for fundamentals class
  • MMA Gloves (4oz or 7oz sparring gloves)
  • Shin Guards (mandatory for sparring)
  • Mouthguard (mandatory)
  • Groin Guard
  • Rashguard & Shorts
